Spring 2008 Schedule of Classes

 

The 10:00 AM class with Barb will meet on May 1.  

All other classes are cancelled Wednesday - Sunday Derby Week (May 1 - 4).

 

 

 

NOTE:  During inclement weather Orbis will follow the Jefferson County Public School schedule for closing.

 Established in 1974, Orbis is one of the pioneer yoga studios in the Louisville area.  Our staff is experienced and well trained.    We provide certified instruction in Kripalu Yoga , Integrative Yoga Therapy, Vinyasa and Iyengar-style yoga in  beginning and ongoing classes.  Newcomers are welcome.  Our six- week beginner yoga series classes are featured regularly and highly recommended for those with little or no prior experience in yoga.

Orbis supports  personal and spiritual growth and development by teaching body centered awareness through yoga, Feldenkrais, and meditation.  We welcome those seeking inspiration, support and healing.
